Bradley W. Arbogast, Ph.D., is the President of the company and Charman of the Board of Directors. Dr Bradley Arbogast co-founded the Company with his wife, Loretta, and was responsible for discovering a new chemical activity that offsets VLDL toxicity in culture that resulted in US patent #4,699,878. From 1995 to 1999 he refined the diagnostic assay to a point where it was commercially viable and applied for a new US patent on the technology in March 2000. In April of 2002 he identified a therapeutic approach that would increase TxPA levels in humans. A provisional patent was filed on this discovery in September of 2002. From 1978 to 1995, Dr. Arbogast was an Assistant and Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at East Tennessee State University. Prior to this he was a Research Associate at Temple University from 1977 to 1978 and at the University of Pennsylvania from 1974 to 1977. Dr. Arbogast was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Chicago from 1972 to 1974. He earned a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the University of Illinois in 1972 and a BS degree in Cellular Biology from the University of Michigan in 1968. Since his resignation from East Tennessee State University he has spent a significant amount of time familiarizing himself with the management, marketing, sales, and finance of business. He has over 30 publications and 30 presentations at national and international meetings. He has published one book on the TxPA technology and has a pending and provisional patent on the diagnostic and therapeutic.

Loretta H. Arbogast, Ph.D., is the spouse of Dr. Bradley W. Arbogast and Secretary of the Board of Directors. She co-founded the Company and is currently employed with Nuclear Fuels Service in Erwin, Tennessee as an R&D Chemist. Upon the completion of funding, she will resign from this position to become full time employee at Arbogast Pharmaceuticals taking on the position of Vice President of Research and Development. From 1986 to 1993, Dr. L. Arbogast has held various positions including Research Assistant Professor at East Tennessee State University and Senior Chemist at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Johnson City, TN. Dr. L. Arbogast earned a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the University of Illinois in 1972 and a BS degree in Chemistry from Georgian Court College, Lakewood, New Jersey in 1968. Dr. L. Arbogast has over 30 publications and abstracts to her credit.

W. Drew Crowder, MBA, is a professional marketer and consultant. Drew brings to bear a diverse skill set acquired through over 15 years marketing experience in consulting to professional services providers, clinical software, state politics and public relations. The founder of MarketForce and a Nashville, Tennessee native, Drew has a BS in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Drew has helped dozens of professional services firms successfully achieve their marketing and growth objectives. In the role of consultant and outsourced Chief Marketing Officer, he has served a diverse group of clients including accounting, law, engineering and health information technology.

Dale Manor, a member of the Board of Directors, was Vice President of Phase III Marketing Company from 1972 to 1982. In 1982 he founded Memtech where he has functioned as the President/CEO. Memtech is an Engineering, Consulting and Marketing Company focusing on industrial noise pollution. The company is located in Plymouth, Michigan. Mr. Manor has an engineering degree the General Motors Technical Institute.
